Important Notes

  1. This form may take you 20 minutes to complete.
  2. You will need the following information to complete the form:
    • Particulars of Applicant(s)/ Occupier(s), e.g. NRIC, marital status, employment status, education level, contact details
    • Gross monthly income of Applicant(s)/ Occupier(s):
      • For employed persons - Three months preceding the month of application
      • For self-employed, employed under commission-based or incentive-based, odd-job workers or part-time workers - Average gross monthly income for 6 months preceding the month of application
    • Details on ownership of private property (if any person in your flat application owns a private property)
  3. Before you submit your flat application, you have to pay a non-refundable administrative fee of $10 by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) or by scanning the QR code using any of the supporting mobile payment apps such as NETSPay, DBS PayLah!, POSB/DBS Digibank, UOB Mighty and OCBC Pay Anyone. A flat registration number, queue number, and selection appointment date and time will be issued to you on a first-come, first-served basis to book a flat, subject to the availability of flat and ethnic quota.
  4. You do not need to indicate your preference for a town or flat type.
  5. Your eligibility will be assessed before you can book a flat.
Note:
The monthly household income ceiling for 2-room Flexi flat is dependent on the lease tenure - $7,000 for 99-year lease and $14,000 for short lease.

Estate 2-room Flexi flats 3-room flats 4-room /5-room /3GEN /Executive flats
Non-Mature estates Household income ceiling is $7,000 per month for buyers (non-elderly families and non-elderly Singles) of 2-room Flexi flat on 99-year or balance lease.

For elderly families and Singles aged 55 and above, 2-room Flexi flat will be offered for sale on short lease at an income ceiling of $14,000.
Household income ceiling is $7,000 per month.

However, some balance 3-room flats at Punggol and Sengkang will be offered for sale at a $14,000 income ceiling.
Household income ceiling is $14,000 per month.
Mature estates Household income ceiling is $7,000 per month for non-elderly families of 2-room Flexi flat on 99-year or balance lease.

For elderly families and Singles aged 55 and above, 2-room Flexi flat will be offered for sale on short lease at an income ceiling of $14,000.
Household income ceiling is $14,000 per month.

Please note that you can only submit one application under the open booking of flats. If you or any member listed in the application is listed in more than one application, all the applications will be disqualified.

Note: There are no 2-room Flexi flats available for sale to singles below 55 years old. There are also no short-lease 2-room Flexi flats available for sale to elderly Chinese aged 55 and above. The available ethnic quota of the flats is based on the balance ethnic quota from the previous sales exercises. Hence some of the flats cannot be sold to buyers of certain ethnic groups.
