Important Notes

  1. Payment can be made using Direct Debit Services or Credit Card Services (Visa or MasterCard). An One-Time Password (OTP) would be required to authenticate the card holder's identity.
  2. Only season parking ticket(s) which is/are due for renewal will be displayed.
  3. The renewal of the season parking ticket is on a calendar month basis (i.e. from the 1st to the end of the month). The season parking ticket will take effect on the 1st of the calendar month or on the date of renewal, whichever is later.
  4. HDB keeps records for the last 3 months. Hence, if your last season parking ticket purchased was not within the past 3 months, please use Application for New Season Parking
  5. Applicant's NRIC No.
  6. Applicant's Credit Card Particulars / Internet Banking User ID and PIN (eNETS payment)
