This service allows you to work out an estimated financial
plan for the purchase of a resale flat with an HDB concessionary
interest rate loan.
From 1 July 2013, CPF funds and HDB loan will be restricted for purchase of public housing with a remaining lease below 60 years. You will have to check on individual buyer's eligibility to use CPF and the maximum amount of CPF that can be used for the flat using the CPF Board's e-service. The estimated maximum loan and repayment period may be affected by the remaining lease of the flat and your eligibility to use your CPF monies for purchase.
