Tenancy Agreement for Commercial Premises

We have revised the Tenancy Agreement for Commercial Premises to provide more clarity and transparency to the tenancy terms for new lettings of HDB commercial premises.

For commercial units that are put up for e-bidding from 17 April 2017, we will adopt the new Tenancy Agreement.
