Directly connected to the new Canberra MRT station, Canberra Plaza is a HDB - New Generation Neighbourhood Centre (NGNC) located along Canberra Link. The development has a GFA of about 118,000 square feet and NFA of about 72,000 square feet (divided into about 60 commercial units), integrating retail, dining and learning spaces with a community plaza and a water play park. Canberra Plaza is curated as a destination where residents feel at home, where their senses are greeted by sights, aromas and tastes that they have grown up with. The shopping mall will commence operations in 2H 2020.

Our tenancy term is typically three years with an option to renew for another three years and it comes with a two months’ rent free period. As HDB builds more shops in new estates to serve our residents, we also help our retailers ease into their business by offering them staggered rents at 80% of tendered rent in the first year and 90% in the second year, before the full tendered rent kicks in during the third year.
