Submit Resale Applications and Valuation Requests
	Important Notes: (i) This e-Service is for buyers and sellers who are handling their own resale transactions without engaging the services of housing agent (ii) Housing agents are not allowed to use this e-Service for submission of resale applications or valuation requests on behalf of their clients. (iii) Housing agents submitting resale applications or valuation requests on behalf of their clients are to do so via the HDB-ResaleNet system (for housing agents from SAEA accredited agencies) or via hardcopy application forms. Please be informed that DBS customers will not be able to use their Internet Banking account for eNets 2 debit service on 19 sep 2010 from 0100 hrs to 0800 hrs. The service is still available during the above periods for customers using Internet Banking accounts from other banks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

	This e-Service provides the convenience of anytime and anywhere access for you to:
	submit resale applications and valuation requests online   pay the resale administrative fees / valuation fees online by credit card or cash card
	Before submitting the resale application, please check that:
	sellers are eligible to sell the HDB flat in the open market   sellers have gone through the Resale Checklist before granting the Option to Purchase   sellers have worked out the estimated sale proceeds and made plans for the next home   buyers are eligible to buy the resale flat from the sellers   buyers have gone through the Resale Checklist before exercising the Option to Purchase   buyers have done their financial planning and obtain a valid HDB Loan Eligibility letter or a     Letter of Offer for bank loan, if require mortgage financing
	Before submitting the valuation request, please ensure the following:
	there is consent from the flat owners to submit the valuation request and allow the appointed valuer to view the flat
	Fees Payable (by Credit Card or Cash Card)
	For processing of resale applications, buyer and seller must each pay a non-refundable administrative fees as follows:   Flat Type Administrative Fee for Processing of Resale Application 1 & 2-room $30 3-room & larger $60
	For processing of valuation requests, the requestor must pay a non-refundable valuation fee and an administrative fee as follows:   Flat Type Valuation & Administrative Fees for Valuation Report 1 & 2-room $117 (Valuation Fee: $100 + $7 (GST) and Admin Fee: $10) 3-room & larger $170.50 (Valuation Fee: $150 + $10.50 (GST) and Admin Fee: $10)
