Enquiry On Resale Financial Plan
This e-Service allows you to work out an estimated financial plan for the purchase of a resale flat with an HDB concessionary interest rate loan. This interactive financial planner will provide the indicative loan amount, monthly instalments, stamp fees, conveyancing fees etc.
Important Notes:
(i) You will have to check and ensure that you are eligible for an HDB concessionary interest rate loan to buy the flat.
(ii) The financial plan provides only indicative figures and is very much dependent on the information provided by the user. It does not constitute an approval by HDB for the purchase of flat or application for a housing loan.
(iii) With effect from 05 March 2010, for those who are taking another HDB concessionary interest rate loan, the cash proceeds from the sale of their previous flats and their spouses' previous flats will be factored into the computation of the loan to be granted by HDB. If there is/are existing HDB flats to be sold/disposed of, the CPF refund and cash proceeds will be used to reduce the new loan. The final loan amount will also depend on the buyer's available CPF savings at the date of loan disbursement.
(iv) The calculation does not include the insurance premium under the
Home Protection Scheme (HPS).
