Resale Checklist for Sellers/Buyers

This service allows you to complete and submit the Resale Checklist online.


Important Notes

  1. The estimated time needed for you to complete this form is about 15 minutes.

  2. Sellers have to complete the Resale Checklist at least seven days before granting the Option to buyers. You are advised to complete the checklist as soon as you have decided to sell your flat.

  3. Buyers have to complete the Resale Checklist before exercising the Option. You are advised to complete the checklist as soon as you have decided to buy a resale flat.

  4. Those who have engaged the services of a salesperson are required to go through and complete the checklist with the salesperson.

  5. Users are required to log in with their SingPass before they can proceed with the submission. Attached is a list of FAQs on the Resale Checklist for Sellers/Buyers e-Service.

Submission of Resale Checklist

  • Only one of the sellers/ buyers will need to submit the checklist by logging in with his/ her NRIC number and SingPass.

  • For those who have engaged the services of a salesperson, the salesperson will first complete the checklist. Any of the sellers/ buyers will then have to retrieve the completed checklist and endorse it for submission. Sellers/ buyers will have to endorse the checklist by the next day from the date the salesperson completes the checklist.

  • Under "Financial Planning", sellers will have to upload a scanned copy of their estimated sale proceeds calculation and financial plan for their next purchase if they plan to buy another HDB flat. The estimated sale proceeds calculation can be worked out using the Sale Proceeds Calculator this service.

  • An acknowledgment page with the checklist serial number will be generated upon successful submission. Sellers/ buyers are advised to print a copy for reference. Please note:

  1. The serial number has to be provided by sellers/ buyers who are endorsing the checklist completed by their salesperson.

  2. The serial number must also be provided in the resale application.

  • A scanned copy of the estimated sale proceeds calculation and financial plan for the next purchase (applies only to sellers who plan to buy another HDB flat).

  • Resale flat address

  • All sellers'/ buyers' NRIC number

  • Email addresses of all sellers'/ buyers'
